About Clarian
Clarian is developing an innovative suite of plug-in solar and wind appliances that consumers can purchase from their local home improvement center and install themselves. With onboard networking and optional backup storage, Clarian’s products also allow customers to track and monitor production online.

Chad Maglaque - President
Over 20 years of management experience developing award winning technologies for RealNetworks, Microsoft and several Fortune 500 companies. Chad's background is in product management and strategy and is currently a member of the US Smart-Grid Energy Task Force
Chad holds a Masters Degree in International Management and Commerce (Sorbonne) and a B.A. in Economics and Statistics (McGill). His graduate research focused on vertical integration within the Energy Industry.

Erik Fretheim - Director of Engineering
Over 20 years of experience managing product development teams and proven track record bringing products to market. PhD in Electrical Engineering; Associate Professor at West Point Military Academy.

Dell Keehn - Board/Strategic Advisor
35 years of experience in alternative energy and working with utilities, including building, owning and operating large biomass and hydroelectric projects in Washington, Idaho and California. He is the former chairman of the Weatherly Companies, which provided investment banking services for biomass, hydroelectric and geothermal projects in the United States as well as China, and has worked extensively with utilities and numerous federal and state regulatory agencies.
Dell received his MPA (resource economics) from the University of Washington.

Kelly Jo MacArthur - Board/Strategic Advisor
20 years of experience working with public and private companies at the forefront of innovation and technology, serving in strategy, policy and general management positions. Kelly Jo held senior executive roles at RealNetworks, including SVP and Chief of Staff, and SVP, Legal and Business Affairs and General Counsel. She was also VP and General Counsel at Linden Research, Inc., creator of Second Life. She is currently principal of the MacArthur Group, LLC, which provides strategic advisory and executive management services.
Kelly Jo is a graduate of Harvard Law School and University of Illinois.
